Lived in PA for 13 years and this is the first time I had to deal with going to a tag agency (company cars and all). No appt, no wait, in and out expeditiously, overall a very smooth transaction (NJ DMV should privatize like PA, unwieldly bureaucracies don’t make for good customer satisfaction).
